DESIGN STATEMENT:
Our client has extensive experience in the food and hospitality industry. Working with Soul Origin, Brandon has a solid background in the café space and is excited to branch out on his own with a unique brand identity. Bee & Co, aptly named after Brandon's nickname, will embody a sense of community with a dark moody palette offset by the upscale vibrant café menu.
Located in a new development in Cranebrook, NSW, the café aims to become a hotspot in a newly growing area. Covering approximately 97 sqm, the space will include a front of house with seating for 30, a coffee serving space, kitchen and cool room. An exterior seating area will be provided by the building and utilised by the café but is not a part of the design scope.
This café marks the start of the Bee & Co. brand, leading the way for future cafes and bars within the Bee & Co. family.
